Gordon is a sought-after speaker, author, and contributor around blockchain, self-sovereign identity, and privacy.
Erica Barnette
Co-Founder & VP of Marketing
Erica is a recent graduate of the University of South Carolina with her BS in Information Science and Technology. Her interest in blockchain and privacy is the foundation that spurred the evolution of Thrivacy. Erica's business passion lies around marketing and client engagement, making sure each touchpoint with the brand is remarkable. She is active as a mentor and speaker for other young female leaders.
Seth McGaugh
Co-Founder & VP of Product
Seth graduated from the University of South Carolina with a degree in Finance and also holds a degree in Business Administration from the Chinese University of Hong Kong. His passion for managing data, projects, and systems led him to find his perfect fit in Product Management, where he leans into his other passion around technology. Seth is very active in the local tech community and always looking for new ways to learn and contribute.
Nicole Spracale

Nicole completed her MBA at Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. Over her career, she has led people, operations, and marketing teams and co-founded several ventures with other partners. Her biggest passion is helping to build systems and processes that are people-focused to drive scale and efficiency. Nicole is often sought after as a speaker and facilitator on culture, purpose, and teambuilding.
